Description of Work: The Artist has agreed to create a Studio Wedding painting for the client as specified in the contract.
Size of Work: 16x20 inches (0.75 inches thick)

Medium: Traditional Oil Paints
Copyright: The artist, Chloe Lacefield retains the copyright of the work of art in this
contract, and the right to post on her social media. The Client reserves the right to the original photo. No reproduction of this painting will be created without the permission of both parties.
Delivery of Artwork: The piece will be delivered by the artist to the client at an agreed upon location at an agreed upon time following the completion of the artwork.
Conditions of Contract and Payment: In order to reserve the commission a retainer of 50% of the total price is due upon signing the contract and is not refundable.
Both a signature stating that you agree to the stipulations of the contract is required as well as the initial retainer in order for the contract to be valid.
The remaining 50% will be due before delivery can be scheduled.
Method of Payment: Paypal, Venmo, and Credit Cards are all accepted forms of payment. If you want to pay by check please contact the artist.
